We do not conduct mass consumer research. We tailor opinion gathering programmes to find out, independently and objectively, what clients, potential clients, staff, suppliers and other key influencers think of you. We manage issues-related research to support thought-leadership activity. We design and implement online questionnaires aimed at key stakeholder groups and audiences.
Our programmes have been used in international relations to guide government policy, as well as commercially to help business decision-making. Above all, we integrate research into broader marketing strategies that are designed to achieve specific outcomes or to guide long-term investment in corporate assets such as corporate identity.
